About GoodFinds
Hi, we're GoodFinds.
We're a Lebanese online store that hunts down useful, trending, slightly-too-satisfying products, so you don't have to scroll through a thousand listings to find them.
Everything here is a "find". Yes, even the menu is named that way. It's a bit of a joke, and it's also a promise: if it's on our shelf, we think it earned its spot.
How it works
- Fresh finds every week. Our This Week's Finds are picked by hand and rotate, so check back.
- Fair prices. Most finds cost less than a night out, and plenty are under $10.
- No surprises. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you order. No hidden fees.
Our promises, in plain words
- Delivery across Lebanon in 2 to 5 working days. We hand your order to the courier within 1 business day. $4 flat delivery, free on orders above $40.
- Check it, then pay. Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives.
- Wrong, damaged or defective? Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We pick it up for free and give you a full refund or a replacement.
- Changed your mind? You have 7 days to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. A small restocking and pickup fee applies, and it's all spelled out in our Refund Policy.
- Someone answers. Message us on WhatsApp or email, and we reply.
