Order processing
Orders are processed and handed to our delivery partner within 1 business day. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions or security situations beyond our control. If your order is delayed, contact us and we will help track it.
Delivery fees
- Flat delivery fee: $4 USD per order.
- Free delivery on orders above $40 USD.
The exact delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden fees.
Payment on delivery
Our primary payment method is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when you receive and check your order. Prices are listed in USD.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will try to reach you before delivery. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts, or the order is refused without a valid reason, the order may be cancelled.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your package on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and see our Refund Policy.
